Forward Layout runs in Chrome, Edge, or any modern browser. Same desk, same Projects, same markups. No install required to start. Share a Project; they sign in and open the sheet without a .dmg or .exe. The Mac and Windows apps are that same desk in a native window. Browser desk, cloud sync (offline after a visit), and Working together.

Notes

  • Mac: Open the .dmg, drag Forward Layout to Applications. First launch may require right-click → Open on unsigned builds.
  • Windows: Run the .exe installer. SmartScreen may warn on unsigned builds. Click "More info" → "Run anyway."
  • Account: Sign in with the same account you use in the browser. Your Projects sync. First launch needs a connection once so the desk can pin itself; after that, Documents you already opened still work on airplane wifi.
