How Forward Layout handles account email, uploaded plans, and takeoff quantities during the pilot, and how to ask for deletion or a signed DPA.

## What we store

Account email, job metadata, uploaded plan files (PDF or image), page scales, and takeoff quantities you enter. Measuring runs in your browser; we do not use plan images for model training.

## Who can access

Your Projects are tied to your sign-in. Operators of this pilot may access data to debug the product and support takeoffs you ask us to run. ## Retention

Pilot data may be deleted on request or when the pilot ends. Prefer redacted sets when sharing customer drawings.
