## Prefer the browser?

Forward Layout runs in Chrome, Edge, or any modern browser. Same desk, same Projects, same markups. No install required to start. Share a Project; they sign in and open the sheet without a .dmg or .exe. The Mac and Windows apps are that same desk in a native window. ## Notes

- **Mac:** Open the .dmg, drag Forward Layout to Applications. First launch may require right-click → Open on unsigned builds.
- **Windows:** Run the .exe installer. SmartScreen may warn on unsigned builds. Click "More info" → "Run anyway."
- **Account:** Sign in with the same account you use in the browser. Your Projects sync. First launch needs a connection once so the desk can pin itself; after that, Documents you already opened still work on airplane wifi.

## Need help?

If you run into install issues or the app will not launch, reach out. The other office can use the browser on the same Project. If the template needs a step the desk does not have, we change the software to fit it.
